第一塊 - 預言機
原本做預言機的，目標是要給預測市場提供預言機
第二塊 - S402 協議
基於 EIP-2612 開發的 x402 協議變體，大多數人熟知的 x402 是基於 EIP-3009
他把「402 協議精神」轉化成鏈上 facilitator 模式：
用戶或 AI Agent 只要簽名一次（permit()），就能完成指定金額的支付與平台分潤，而不需事前 approve 或多次交易。
x402 是「讓 AI Agent 在 HTTP 協議層能自動付款」；
S402 是「讓 AI Agent / DApp 在鏈上能自動付款」。
但事實上就是他的 Facliator 還是在本地（offchain）做驗證，不是真的在合約上做的
